Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or to cancel your purchase within the legal cooling-off period.

To cancel your purchase within the legal cooling-off period, you can use our Cancel your purchase page or contact us at cindy@cindysangenart.com You do not need to give a reason.

Please note that simply returning an item is not enough. You must also let us know that you want to cancel the purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or cancellation will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This may include custom-made or commissioned works, where legally permitted. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
