Moon VI

Moon VI is a small gilded painting in which a soft white dove feather rests on the ground before the folded crane. Against a luminous 13.6k white-gold leaf ground, the image feels hushed and contemplative, as though it is holding space for a gentle presence not yet fully touched.

Part of the Golden Medallions series, this piece continues recent themes of identity, encounter and quiet transformation. Its quiet composition, refined materials and intimate scale give the work a precious and meditative quality, inviting close attention and slow looking.

Painted in oil on a round bamboo panel of 10 cm diameter and set in a solid oak tray frame with a black-painted inner edge, the work has an outer frame size of 14 × 14 cm. Finished and ready to hang.
